TOKYO, Japan - In an image taken from an animated video clip by Prime Minister Taro Aso's ruling Liberal Democratic Party, a ramen shop chef who resembles Aso's main rival Yukio Hatoyama pours oil into a bowl of his ''special manifesto ramen'' at the request of a man who is seemingly from the United States. In the scene, the LDP criticizes the leader of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan for flip-flopping over the issue of whether to continue Japan's mission of refueling foreign vessels in the Indian Ocean to help U.S-led antiterrorism operations.
